Overview
Chartrics Software Solutions LLC is looking for a QA Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain Test Plans and Scenarios
- Test software solutions in terms of functionality, performance, reliability, stability and compatibility
- Execute and evaluate manual or automated test cases
- Identify, analyze, and document problems, report test results
- Participate in product design reviews and provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems
- Collaborate with the Agile/ Scrum teams
- Set up, manage, maintain and continuously improve the QA processes
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ year of relevant work experience
- Good understanding of software testing methodologies and SDLC
- Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test cases
- Knowledge of C# Programming Language, Selenium and SQL is plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical mindset
- Self-starter, goal-getter (finisher), detail-oriented (perfectionist)
- Eager to continuously improve by learning, applying, and growing
- Proven strong discipline and organizational skills
- Proven multi-tasking and prioritization skills
- Fluency in English, verbal and written communication skills (knowledge of German or French is plus)
