Overview
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the QA team
- Define and implement QA strategy, standards, and processes
- Oversee test planning, execution, and defect management
- Increase automation coverage and integrate testing into CI/CD
- Ensure release readiness and quality compliance
- Collaborate with Product, Development, and DevOps teams
- Monitor and report quality metrics and performance indicators
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience in QA
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies
- Experience with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar)
- Experience with API testing (Postman or similar tools)
- Understanding of CI/CD processes
- Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira)
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
