Viva-MTS (MTS Armenia CJSC) is looking for a Quality and Performance Analysis Specialist.

Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the planning works related to the expansion and development of RAN and transmission networks
  • Submit necessary reports, create databases, ensure data archiving
  • Collect documents necessary for sites, implementation, develop and supervise the database based on the collected documents
  • Monitor and make proposal for parameters tuning for sites with lower performance
  • Ensure performance monitoring of all Network domains: Core CS/PS, RAN, Trans, VAS, etc)
  • Handling customer complaints (via HP Help Desk software), analyze and solve, and/or distribute to relevant teams in TD and also in the Company, convince proper feedback
  • Analyze the current traffic and coverage quality and edit complaints in regards to the coverage and prepare responds
  • Ensure Orientation to fix technical issues
  • Use existing tools for E2E evaluation of Network quality
  • Evaluate different activities and incidents in the network. Permanent quality follow up
  • Collect and prepare various data, submit daily, weekly/monthly quarterly reports
Required Qualifications:
  • Higher education, 1-2 years of corresponding work experience in a Telecommunication Company in dealing with technical processes and good knowledge of associated services
  • Knowledge on the construction of cellular networks and qualitative indicators
  • Experience in dealing with CC complaints
  • Language skills: Armenian, Russian and English
  • Computer skills (MS Office)
  • Analytical and reporting skills
  • Communication, Teamwork and cooperation skills

  • Adaptability/Flexibility
  • Problem solving and ability to work under pressure
