Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and ensure the quality and accuracy of live game data and events during the entire shift
  • Conduct regular checks and verifications of live games to identify potential issues or inconsistencies
  • Provide real-time feedback to operators, scouts, and other team members regarding errors, discrepancies, or potential improvements
  • Analyze and resolve quality control issues, documenting the findings and communicating with relevant team members
  • Collaborate with monitoring operators and scouts to ensure the correct flow of data and immediate resolution of any discrepancies during live events
  • Provide daily and weekly reports on quality control findings, issues encountered, and resolutions
  • Follow established processes and best practices to maintain consistent data accuracy and integrity across all live games
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements or optimizations to prevent errors in future operations
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss and improve overall team performance and quality standards
  • Assist in training new operators and team members on quality control procedures.
  • Collaborate with other teams (such as Scheduling, QC, Developers, and Live Streaming) to resolve any operational or quality issues
  • Be proactive in identifying trends, reporting on system or operator issues, and suggesting improvements
  • Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labor code
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field such as Information Technology, IGaming or a similar field
  • At least 1 year of experience in a quality control, monitoring, or operations-related role, preferably in the sports, entertainment, or gaming industry
  • Detail-oriented, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring high-quality standards in all aspects of data verification
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in Armenian, Russian, and English
  • Understanding of live game processes and data flow
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback and maintain strong communication with team members
  • Ability to focus on the smallest of details to ensure the accuracy and quality of live game data
  • Ability to think on your feet and adapt to changes or challenges in real-time, especially during live events
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
