Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Control the alerting signals to be recorded
  • Control the accuracy of responses to all claims and problems received from Customer Care Unit
  • Conduct preparation and archive of operational and troubleshooting documentation for staff
  • Prepare problems reporting for the management (power failure, 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G BTS outages, etc.)
  • Ensure system maintenance and operation
  • Prepare service quality periodical reports and statistical data for the UNOC Unit Manager
Required Qualifications:
  • Higher education, preferably in the sphere of Telecommunication or Computer Sciences
  • At least 1 year of work experience in Telecommunication sphere
  • Knowledge in Telecommunication or Computer Sciences
  • Good computer skills (MS Office)
  • Good language skills (Armenian, Russian and English)
  • Good skills in IP network and UNIX/Linux operational systems
  • Skills in technologies
  • Ethical behavior
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Team working and communication skills
  • Teamwork and cooperation skills
  • Ability to work with overload
