Responsibilities:
- Answer guest questions about the hotel, services, and local attractions
- Handle guest requests (extra towels, wake-up calls, transportation, etc.)
- Resolve complaints or problems quickly and professionally
- Check guests in and out of the hotel
- Verify identification and reservation details
- Provide room keys and explain hotel facilities
