Telcell is looking for a Recruiter.

Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
  • Interview candidates face-to-face or online at various stages of recruitment, including telephone, first-round, and second-round interviews
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
  • Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
  • Manage onboarding and new hire process
  • Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
  • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection processes are done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
  • Perform other activities as required
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1+ years of recruiting experience preferred
  • Experience using social media and other techniques for recruitment and business development
  • Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Practical written and oral communication skills in Armenian, Russian, and English languages
  • Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
  • Adaptability, flexibility, multi-tasking, and excellent organization skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent teamwork skills
