We’re looking for a highly skilled Talent Business Partner to join our team and help us find the best talent. You will play a crucial role in building our teams by managing the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing to closing, for a variety of roles. You’ll partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand their needs and develop strategies to attract and hire exceptional candidates, all while championing a best-in-class candidate experience.

– Strategize and Source:Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs and align recruiting strategies accordingly. You’ll source and attract active and passive candidates from various channels, including direct sourcing, referrals, social networks, and networking events.
– Manage Full-Cycle Recruiting:Handle the end-to-end recruiting process for a variety of roles, including technical positions within R&D (e.g., Senior Software Engineers, Engineering Managers), as well as high-volume roles across Sales, Customer Success, and G&A. You’ll work to meet hiring goals while maintaining a seamless candidate experience.
– Promote Diversity & Inclusion:Develop and implement strategic initiatives to attract and engage diverse talent. You’ll ensure diversity and inclusion are incorporated throughout the hiring process, from pipeline development to final hire.
– Collaborate and Influence:Collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure we meet their hiring goals while adhering to recruiting processes and procedures. You will also challenge assumptions and influence hiring stakeholders to drive timely hiring decisions.
– Be a Champion for Improvement:Present recruiting strategies, plans, and results to senior management and stakeholders. You’ll be accountable to yourself, your team, your hiring leaders, and your candidates throughout the process.
What You’ll Bring
– Experience: 2-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in a fast-paced, high-growth technology company.
– Technical Savvy:Experience filling technical roles within R&D is essential.
– Tools & Systems:Proficiency with Google Suite and a working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Workday, Greenhouse, or Lever.
– Recruiting Acumen:Working knowledge of recruiting KPIs, metrics, and reporting, as well as fair and unbiased interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
– Organizational Skills:Outstanding analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority, hard to fill and high-volume positions.
– Mindset:A proactive, can-do attitude with a sense of urgency. You should be comfortable working independently and taking initiative in a dynamic environment.
