– The USAID Economic Foundations for a Resilient Armenia (EFRA or Activity) is a five-year contract to CNFA that will strengthen key economic actors within both the public and private sector to exercise economic stewardship, particularly to enhance Armenia’s economic security and ability to take advantage of periods of economic growth and navigate economic downturns, and ultimately build a more resilient Armenian economy.
– The Regional Manager’s role is critical in ensuring effective communication, coordination, and implementation of project activities across various regions in the south and north of Armenia.

Responsibilities:
  • Engage with local stakeholders, including government agencies, community organizations, businesses, and other relevant entities, to promote project objectives;
  • Support the implementation of economic growth and community development activities in the regions;
-Facilitate communication and coordination between regional stakeholders and the project team;
  • Assist in organizing and conducting regional events, workshops, and meetings;
  • Collect and report data on regional activities and outcomes to the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Director;
  • Provide regular updates and reports on regional developments, challenges, and successes;
  • Monitor, Identify and address potential risks and issues in regional project activities;
  • Contribute to the development of strategies and plans to enhance regional engagement and project impact;
  • Support in implementation of grant projects, as well as Government’s durable housing program for displaced citizens from Nagorno Karabakh.
Required Qualifications:
  • At least seven years of experience in community development and/or economic growth activities;
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field;
  • Strong understanding of regional dynamics and stakeholder engagement;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment;
  • Proven track record of successful project implementation and stakeholder management;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Proficiency in Armenian and English languages.
