“Telecom Armenia” OJSC is looking for a Regional Sales Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage sales process in regions
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets across regions
- Achieve strong growth targets in revenue & profit
- Developing and implementing a regional strategy in line with general expectations
- Develop and execute sales strategies and plans, set sales targets, and manage sales budget
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market share and achieve sustainable growth
- Manage and build strong relationships with key accounts, partners, and stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to develop actionable sales plans and strategies
Required Qualifications:
- University degree
- At least 2 years of experience in sales
- A proven track record in sales, including developing new business
- Driving license of B,C category
- Willingness to local business trips
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Strong business acumen skills; organizational and problem-solving
- Ability to focus on multiple tasks and effectively prioritize and manage them
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude exhibiting team player and leadership qualities
- Strategic and critical thinking
- Planning and budgeting skills
- Fluency in Armenian and English languages
