Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Identifying, researching and analyzing department and customer needs
  • Produce tailored client reports
  • Ensure data integrity by validating sources from banking systems, portfolio management systems, CRM tools and etc
  • Automate and streamline reporting processes
  • Analysis of portfolios of team and managers, preparation of reports on them, presentation of proposals
  • Researching premium client packages, preparing reports and presenting recommendations for their development
  • Implementation of other duties and other instructions of managers defined by internal legal acts
Required Qualifications:
  • Analytical mindset
  • Proficiency in MS, Power Point and data visualization tools/Power Bi and etc/
  • Ability to work with big data and automate reporting processes
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to present complex data in a clear, client-friendly format
  • Structural and analytical thinking
  • Excellent command of Armenian, Russian and English
