Digitain is looking for an experienced and qualified Research and Analytics Specialist to join our team.
The Research and Analytics Specialist is responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to support informed business/marketing decisions. This role involves conducting market research, analyzing customer behavior, evaluating competitors, and providing insights that drive strategic initiatives and business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research on market trends, customer behavior, and industry developments
- Monitor competitor activities, budget strategies, promotions, and product offerings
- Analyze external factors, such as regulatory changes, technological advancements, that may impact business performance
- Assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches. Measure ROI of acquisition and retention initiatives and provide recommendations for optimization. Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to enhance product and marketing performance. Gather and structure data from various sources, including website analytics, market research, and external databases
- Develop reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics
- Identify patterns, trends, and correlations in data to generate actionable insights
- Analyze customer demographics, preferences, and engagement levels to optimize user experience and retention strategies. Segment audiences based on behavior and value to support targeted marketing campaigns. Work closely with digital marketing and product teams to improve customer journey and conversion rates
- Present findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable format. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, and finance, to support data-driven decision-making
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with industry standards and regulations
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business Analytics, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in research, data analysis, or business intelligence, preferably in a B2C environment
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, and BI platforms
- Experience with data visualization, A/B testing, and statistical analysis techniques
- Understanding of consumer behavior, market research methodologies, and competitive analysis
- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and strategic recommendations
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with the gaming/gambling industry is a plus
