Overview
Ameriabank CJSC is looking for a Retail Business Senior Change Specialist, Retail business support and credit center.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze problems reported by service network, develop solutions to improve overall effectiveness
- Provide necessary materials to ensure uniform approach throughout service network, ensure effective feedback
- Participate in improvement of internal regulations and legal acts together with Business regulation and advisory center and other stakeholders, submit recommendations for improvement of internal regulations
- Be involved in various operational projects related to retail banking
- Perform works envisaged under retail-related improvement requests
- Coordinate the testing of retail-related functions during software updates in the bank
- Coordinate branch operational systems and branch relations
- Prepare internal retail-related reports, conduct analyses and submit recommendations for improvement of effectiveness
Required Qualifications:
- University degree in finance, economics or accounting
- At 4 years of work experience in a relevant sphere, including 2 years in customer service
- Knowledge of bank accounting fundamentals, banking legislation and prudential standards
- Strong critical thinking
- Team player
- Ability to make decisions under pressure; problem-solving skills
- Strong negotiation and representation skills
- Proficiency in banking and accounting software
- Good knowledge of MS Office and knowledge of AS-Bank software
- Excellent command of Armenian, good command of Russian and English
