Byblos Bank Armenia CJSC is looking for a Retail Products Officer.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in identifying retail opportunities in the Armenian market and communicate findings to the Head of Retail
  • Submit to direct manager, on a timely basis, an update report on the related branches performance covering a progress report on budget and retail objectives achievements
  • Conduct continuous market surveys, SWOT analyses, studies of competitors’ activities; be involved in R&D of retail products including small business loans and prepare special offers accordingly
  • Assist in the preparation of Byblos Bank Armenia CJSC e-channels’ retail business and functional development
  • Assist in all e-channels project phases, follow-up all change requests with all stakeholders and maintain the process
  • Prepare training materials to increase awareness on products and e-channels usage and improve the service
  • Follow up closely on day to day operations of e-channels, also handle and escalate any issue that might arise from the different channels
  • Maintain an issue log for daily problems encountered on e-channels, and follow up on complaints received
  • Prepare various reports to internal and external stockholders as required
  • Follow up with branches and assist with any inquiry related to e-channels and retail products
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Required Qualifications:
  • Research and data analytic skills
  • Communication skills and problem solving
  • Being initiative and ready to meet challenging objectives
  • Communication language is English, so minimum B2 level is applicable
  • Knowledge of Project management is highly desired
  • Knowledge of Banking products is highly appreciated
  • Deep knowledge in Microsoft Excel
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business administration, Economics or Mathematics
  • Minimum 1 year of banking experience
