Overview
We are looking for a Retention Sales Manager who will maintain and develop the client base, strengthen long-term relationships with clients, increase their engagement and achieve results in a dynamic office environment. A professional is expected to demonstrate strong communication, developed sales skills and the ability to build trust-based relationships. The key focus will be phone sales, consultations, and support of existing clients, as well as actively expanding the client base through social networks and the company’s Telegram channels.
Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls to existing clients of the company;
- Consulting on products and services, selecting optimal solutions;
- Conducting presentations and sales via phone calls;
- Actively expanding the client base: working with leads, social networks, and the company’s Telegram channels;
- Maintaining long-term relationships with clients and increasing their loyalty;
- Working with CRM and preparing sales reports.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales (preferably in the financial sector or B2C);
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in phone negotiations;
- Strong verbal skills, developed sales skills, and ability to handle objections;
- Ability to use social networks and messengers for client communication and lead generation;
- Fluency in Russian and English (spoken and written) is mandatory;
- Strong self-organization and readiness to work in an office within a fast-paced environment.
