Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and monitor workflows across multiple teams, ensuring tasks are created, tracked, and delivered on time
  • Coordinate company-wide communications, including internal announcements
  • Provide accurate research materials for cross-departmental processes
  • Oversee the full content lifecycle: updating internal files and maintaining the partnership database
  • Maintain and update key operational documentation across internal departments
  • Act as a liaison with Finance and Legal teams by opening tasks, providing required documentation, and ensuring seamless coordination
  • Produce operational reports to support effective decision-making
  • Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labor code
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience in operations management — preferably within media, technology, or sports sectors — will be considered a strong advantage
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools
  • Ability to design and optimize workflows to improve operational efficiency and scalability of rights and content processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Russian, both spoken and written, is essential
  • Knowledge of other languages will be considered as an advantage
