Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive due diligence on new and existing customers in accordance with regulatory and internal guidelines
  • Gather and analyze documentation to verify customer identities and assess potential risks
  • Analyze customer data to identify potential risks and red flags, escalating findings as necessary
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of KYC documentation and maintain organized records
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement and improve KYC policies and procedures
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance practices are up-to-date
  • Participate in training and awareness programs to promote a culture of compliance within the organization
  • Perform risk analysis to ensure maximum protection of the organization's products
  • Conduct assessments to identify and evaluate potential risks associated with online gaming products, as well as clients gaming behavior
  • Evaluate and forecast potential losses and propose solutions to reduce or eliminate risks
  • Identify potentially high-risk clients and implement containment procedures in accordance with internal policies
  • Prepare reports for the Senior Risk Analyst, Team Leader, and Head of Department
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree, (Financial, mathematical or technical background is preferable)
  • Work experience in relevant field will be a big plus
  • Good knowledge of Armenian (Russian and English languages will be a big plus)
  • Advanced computer user
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel
  • Analytical thinking
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Hardworking, initiative and flexible personality
  • Ability to organize and plan work independently
  • Planning skills, ability to prioritize tasks
  • High sense of responsibility
