- Evaluate product integrity daily
- Analyze data and examine anomalies, suspicious patterns, and trends in users’ data
- Promptly determine the signs of fraudulent activities and report them to the relevant staff
- Apply all the necessary actions to the accounts in fraud-related situations that can potentially lead to the company ́s losses
- Evaluate and establish relevant policies and procedures to ensure a low-risk gaming environment
- Develop new methods, strategies, and tools for the identification of fraudulent activities
- Develop new Monitor staff performance on duty and assess the equipment integrity status in regard to the risk regulations
- Perform a preliminary promo and tournament analysis and summarize the results of the events
- Prepare Risk Assessment reports of product performance and users’ activity from a Risk Management perspective and deliver them to the relevant departments
- Assist Customer Support, B2B service desk, and Account Management departments with Live Casino-related queries to ensure good practice in customer profiling and risk scoring
- Create and enhance the department processes and the knowledge base
- Suggest improvements to the existing tools and processes to make the workflow more efficient
- Carry out any other additional tasks related to the department duties

Required Qualifications:

- Analytical and Mathematical mindset
- Basic knowledge of statistics
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Advanced English, both verbal and written
- High sense of responsibility
- Attentiveness to details
- Ability to work in monotonous conditions
- Acquaintance with game rules of Live Casino products
- Mathematical and statistical education will be considered an advantage
- Work experience with Power BI, R or Python will be considered an advantage
