We are currently looking for a Risk Management Specialist to join our team at NRGaming. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and analytical professional to contribute to our company’s risk assessment.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage the company’s risk management framework with a focus on fraud prevention, player protection, and operational integrity
  • Monitor user’s activity to detect unusual or suspicious behavior, potential fraud, abuse, or bonus manipulation
  • Collaborate with internal teams (IT, Payments, Customer Support)
  • Optimize risk monitoring rules, tools, and workflows based on evolving threats and market trends
  • Analyze financial transactions and payment data to identify chargebacks, fraudulent deposits, and other irregularities
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and reporting to senior management
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in fraud and risk management
  • Work closely with third-party providers (e.g., fraud detection platforms, payment processors) to ensure effective risk controls.
Required Qualifications:
  • Higher education in Finance, Mathematics, or Risk Management or a related field
  • Strong analytical thinking and experience working with databases
  • Working proficiency in English
  • Solid mathematical knowledge
  • Proficiency in computer software (including Microsoft Office tools)
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and collaboration skills
