- Prospect, qualify, and close new restaurant clients across the U.S.
- Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations.
- Build trusted relationships with restaurant owners and decision-makers.
- Manage your portfolio of accounts after the sale, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term success.
- Identify opportunities for renewals, upselling, and account expansion.
- Proactively address customer concerns and reduce churn.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Support, and Operations teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in the CRM.
- Contribute ideas and feedback as we continue to improve our sales processes.
- Responsibilities may evolve as the company continues to grow.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or a customer-facing sales role.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and close deals.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple teams.
- Fluent English (C1 level or higher preferred).
- Own your accounts from the initial sale through long-term growth.
