Responsibilities:
  • Zero-leak pipeline: every opp with next step + due date, clean notes, clear owner.
  • Meetings run on time with the right materials; clients feel “seen and guided.”
  • Week-over-week KPI improvement and on-time status nudges.
Required Qualifications:
  • Excellent English writing; concise and friendly.
  • Extreme organization; loves checklists and details.
  • Confidence using Google Suite, LinkedIn, and a CRM.
  • Experience supporting SaaS/IT services sales. (Nice-to-have)
  • Interest in AI and data-driven workflows (we’ll train you). (Nice-to-have)
