Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to defined KPIs and achieve sales targets
  • Research, identify and source new relevant leads
  • Work with a cold client base and manage early-stage prospect engagement
  • Conduct initial outreach via phone, email, or social media
  • Make cold, active, and inactive calls for new business leads
  • Arrange and conduct live or video call meetings with prospective clients
  • Make effective live and online presentations for potential clients and partners
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Support the preparation of new business proposals, commercial offers, and sales packages
  • Maintain and regularly update the prospective client database (CRM) to ensure accurate tracking of interactions and follow-ups
  • Maintain strong, up-to-date knowledge of the company’s product and related service offerings
  • Be prepared for in-person client interactions at forums, exhibitions, and other events
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/business development
  • Advanced level of English (spoken and written) is required. Knowledge of other additional languages will be considered a plus
  • Proven experience in lead generation and prospect management
  • Excellent in-depth knowledge of the sales process
  • Analytical thinking and strong time-management skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to create and deliver targeted presentations (live and online, mostly in English)
  • Detail-oriented with strong active listening skills
  • Experience in preparing and submitting tender documentation will be considered a plus
