Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy targeting businesses in the US.
  • Identify, scout, and connect with potential clients through social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of Sales Representatives.
  • Set sales goals, monitor progress, and ensure targets are achieved.
  • Provide regular reports on performance, challenges, and market feedback.
  • Work closely with management to refine sales messaging and approach based on market response.
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven sales experience in the US market, ideally in fintech, payments, or high-risk merchant services.
  • Experience leading a small sales team.
  • Strong understanding of social media lead generation and outreach.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently.
  • Experience with start-up or pilot project environments.
  • Able to start immediately
