Overview
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage prospective clients across Switzerland and the EU
- Present and demonstrate Polixis solutions to compliance and risk teams
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract close
- Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to support client onboarding and success
Required Qualifications:
- Proven B2B sales experience (3-5 years), ideally in RegTech, FinTech, AML/KYC, or SaaS
- B.S., M.S. in Marketing, Communications, International Relations, Business Administration or a related field
- Strong knowledge of compliance, financial crime prevention, or financial services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent English communication skills are essential
- Self-motivated and well disciplined
