We are planning to modernize its Marketing Enablement & Personalization ecosystem with the goal of improving advisor communications and enabling dynamic cross-sell opportunities. We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud (MC) Specialist / Architect for at least a 4-month contract.

Project Overview:

Responsibilities:
  • Design solution architecture for email-to-AEM personalization and catalog ingestion workflows.
  • Develop and configure Marketing Cloud personalization, email templates, and AEM integration.
  • Build and test data pipelines (CSV/API → Snowflake → Marketing Cloud).
  • Conduct QA and validation of personalization logic, catalog correctness, and rendering.
  • Oversee deployment and rollout, including monitoring setup and team training.
  • Support long-term roadmap of Marketing Cloud modernization and catalog process automation.
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (MC), including personalization, templates, and integration with external systems.
  • Strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Snowflake integration (ETL/Reverse ETL strategies, data flow design).
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar CMS integrations for personalization.
  • Proficiency in solution architecture, including token encryption, data mapping, and fallback logic.
  • Hands-on development skills with Marketing Cloud SDKs, APIs, and automation.
  • Strong QA experience for personalization logic, region-based targeting, and performance testing.
  • Excellent communication skills for advisory, enablement, and upskilling internal dev teams.
  • Ability to work in agile delivery models and collaborate across marketing, technology, and data teams.
