Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce QA Lead to drive quality assurance across Salesforce implementations, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom solutions. This role combines hands-on testing expertise with leadership in automation and QA best practices. Client: Our client is one of the world’s largest investment funds, managing hundreds of billions of dollars. The company’s business is focused on several areas: private equity, venture capital, real assets, investment solutions, and global market strategies. Project Overview:

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for Salesforce applications
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing
  • Test integrations with third-party systems and APIs
  • Lead and implement test automation (open-source or scriptless frameworks)
  • Document system functionality and testing processes
  • Track and manage defects using tools like Jira
  • Support UAT and collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams
Required Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of QA experience, including 5+ years in Salesforce QA
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce features (custom objects, Flows, Lightning components, etc.)
  • Experience in both manual and automated testing
  • Hands-on experience with testing and defect-tracking tools
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
