Overview
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, onboard, and manage new affiliate partners across multiple markets
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing affiliates to increase performance and retention
- Negotiate commercial terms, commission structures, and promotional agreements
- Monitor affiliate traffic quality, conversion rates, and player lifetime value
- Optimize affiliate campaigns to maximize acquisition efficiency and profitability
- Ensure affiliate compliance with brand guidelines, licensing regulations, and responsible gambling policies
- Identify fraudulent or low-quality traffic and take corrective actions when needed
- Coordinate with Marketing, Product, CRM, and Compliance teams on promotions and campaigns
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to management
- Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and new affiliate opportunities
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming, gambling, or online betting
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid)
- Knowledge of iGaming regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
- Analytical mindset with experience using affiliate tracking platforms
- Ability to work with performance data and optimize campaigns
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Fluency in English and Russian is must
