Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Lead technical engagements with customers, serving as the primary technical authority during integrations of Krisp SDK (Noise Cancellation, VAD, Turn-Taking, Accent Localization, and other Voice AI technologies)
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to deeply understand customer challenges, deliver impactful demos, and support seamless onboarding and long-term adoption
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, Slack, and scheduled calls, demonstrating urgency and ownership in solving real customer problems
  • Conduct technical demos and enablement sessions for customers
  • Produce high-quality technical content — documentation, sample code, FAQs, wikis, and best-practice guides — to empower customers and internal teams
  • Build and deliver tailored solutions, tooling, and reference implementations in C/C++, Python, and Node.js to accelerate adoption and solve complex integration challenges
  • Collaborate closely with Krisp’s Research and Engineering to gather structured customer feedback that informs the roadmap and enhances the quality of the SDK
  • Participate in product testing to ensure innovation and reliability meet customer expectations
  • Track, report, and communicate project progress internally and externally, ensuring stakeholders are aligned and deadlines are consistently met
Required Qualifications:
  • Technical background:
  • Software development experience in one or more of Python/C++/NodeJS is a must
  • Familiarity with audio stream processing, real-time communications, or CCaaS/CX industry is a strong plus
  • Experience: 3+ years as a Solutions Engineer, Application Engineer, Customer Success Engineer, or Technical Consultant in a SaaS, CX, or CCaaS company
  • Extreme ownership & accountability: Thrive in a fast-moving, startup environment, operate with urgency, and own outcomes end-to-end
  • Customer-obsessed mindset: Positive, solution-oriented, with the ability to ask the right questions to uncover real needs
  • Strong communicationskills: Outstanding written and verbal English proficiency; ability to explain complex technical topics to diverse audiences
  • Work style:
  • Office-first environment — you’ll collaborate closely with Research and Engineering teammates working from the office
  • Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable switching between coding, customer-facing discussions, and strategic problem-solving
