SoftConstruct is on a search for a new player to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and assess regulatory developments across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with evolving requirements.
  • Identify regulatory risks and provide strategic recommendations for mitigation.
  • Support the development and maintenance of AML, Responsible Gambling, and Operational compliance policies.
  • Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with licensing conditions and industry standards.
  • Conduct risk-based compliance assessments, preparing detailed reports for senior management.
Required Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in compliance, risk management, and regulatory affairs within the iGaming and gambling industry.
  • Strong understanding of international compliance regulations, including AML, Data Protection, and Licensing requirements.
  • Ability to analyze regulatory trends and proactively adjust company policies to meet compliance standards.
  • Proven track record of conducting audits, risk assessments, and regulatory reporting.
  • Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Russian or Armenian is an advantage.
  • Certification in Compliance (CCEP, CRCM, CAMS) is a plus.
