Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Receive, analyze, and manage requests coming from internal business and technical teams related to Core Domain Services
  • Gather, clarify, and document business, functional, and integration requirements
  • Act as the main communication bridge between CDS, requesting teams, and the Bank Core (Oracle) team
  • Analyze whether requested functionality can be covered by existing core-banking capabilities or requires new implementation
  • Create clear and structured tasks, specifications, and change requests for the Bank Core team when needed
  • Work with CDS architects, developers, and other stakeholders to define API-oriented solutions aligned with domain boundaries
  • Participate in solution discussions involving banking products, customer flows, payments, accounts, onboarding, cards, and related financial processes
  • Support backlog refinement, prioritization, impact analysis, and release readiness activities
  • Ensure requirements are complete, consistent, and traceable from request to delivery
  • Identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and opportunities for process and service improvement
  • Collaborate with QA, developers, and business teams during testing, UAT, and implementation phases
  • Contribute to standardization of analysis practices, documentation quality, and cross-team communication
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Systems Analyst in banking, fintech, or enterprise financial systems
  • Strong understanding of banking processes and financial product flows
  • Proven experience working with multiple stakeholders and translating business needs into clear functional requirements
  • Experience communicating with core-banking or back-office system teams in complex enterprise environments
  • Good understanding of APIs, integrations, and service-based architecture
  • Experience with analysis and documentation tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar
  • Strong analytical thinking, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to independently drive requirements from idea through implementation
  • Knowledge of LSoft and/or Oracle-based core banking systems will be considered a strong plus
  • Technical understanding of banking systems, integration patterns, and financial workflows will be a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
