Overview
Ameriabank CJSC is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager /Retail Sales Team/.
Responsibilities:
- Develop client databases and make sales through meetings with large clients, negotiations, calls and presentations
- Attract large payroll projects and legal entity clients, make direct/cross sales of the Bank’s card, loan and other products and services, developing relationships with the attracted clients
- Establish, maintain and develop long-term business relationships with new/existing clients and manage established client portfolios
- Review and analyze market trends, collaborate with various departments of the Bank, making recommendations for improvement of products/business processes
- Analyze sales, prepare and submit sales reports at regular intervals
Required Qualifications:
- University degree in economics, finance or other related discipline
- At least 6 years of work experience in finance
- Good knowledge of business and banking industry trends
- Knowledge of business correspondence rules
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and use them
- Making sales and conducting negotiations
- Representation skills
- Flexible mind and analytical abilities
- Decision-making and problem-solving
- Result-orientation
