Responsibilities:
  • Operate, monitor, and maintain critical infrastructure systems supporting continuous facility operations.
  • Support the reliable operation of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, cooling, backup power, and other mission-critical systems.
  • Monitor system performance and identify potential failures, degradation, and operational risks.
  • Participate in preventive and corrective maintenance activities for critical infrastructure equipment.
  • Review and support the design and implementation of critical infrastructure systems and technical solutions.
  • Analyze infrastructure performance, capacity, redundancy, and reliability requirements.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and coordinate corrective actions.
  • Evaluate proposed equipment, systems, and engineering solutions for technical suitability and operational reliability.
  • Support the operation and optimization of HVAC, cooling, ventilation, chilled water, pumps, heat exchangers, cooling towers/dry coolers, and related mechanical systems.
  • Monitor cooling capacity, system performance, redundancy, and efficiency.
  • Identify and resolve issues affecting thermal management and environmental conditions.
  • Support commissioning, testing, and performance validation of mechanical and cooling systems.
  • Identify infrastructure risks and recommend measures to improve system resilience, availability, and maintainability.
  • Participate in incident response, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and recovery activities.
  • Support the development and implementation of emergency response and operational procedures.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing downtime and improving infrastructure performance.
  • Coordinate with engineering, IT, operations, construction, security, and other internal teams on infrastructure-related activities.
  • Work with contractors, consultants, vendors, and equipment manufacturers during installation, maintenance, testing, and commissioning.
  • Support FAT/SAT, commissioning, system testing, inspections, and facility handover activities.
  • Ensure work is performed in accordance with approved designs, procedures, safety requirements, and applicable standards.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Significant experience working with critical infrastructure, data centers, industrial facilities, or other mission-critical environments.
  • Strong understanding of critical facility systems, including power, HVAC, cooling, mechanical systems, and backup power infrastructure.
  • Experience operating, troubleshooting, maintaining, or commissioning complex infrastructure systems.
