Zigzag is looking for a Senior CRM Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Senior CRM Specialist Lead the design, setup, and implementation of the CRM system, ensuring it meets the business’s needs
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to optimize customer engagement, acquisition, and retention
- Oversee the customization of the CRM system, including workflows, automation, and integrations with other tools
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in CRM management, with a proven track record of setting up and optimizing CRM systems
- Strong understanding of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and their configuration
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI). • Experience in developing CRM strategies and implementing customer journeys
- Excellent communication, and project management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a strategic mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
