Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to design and implement a fully automated CI/CD pipeline supporting the migration of existing application setups from one Azure tenant to another.

The goal is to enable a secure and seamless deployment process, where newly generated secrets are securely stored in HashiCorp Vault and any required application code changes (e.g., updated IDs and secrets) are incorporated into the pipeline logic.

This role requires strong hands-on technical expertise, a security-first mindset, and close collaboration with the customer’s DevOps team and stakeholders to leverage existing scripts and infrastructure.

The organization is undergoing a major transformation, consolidating external and internal data sources into a unified ecosystem provided by an external vendor that aggregates all essential market, portfolio, and reference data.
Project Overview:

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement a robust CI/CD pipeline to automate application migration between Azure tenants
  • Integrate secret generation and management using HashiCorp Vault
  • Incorporate required application code modifications (IDs, secrets) into pipeline automation
  • Ensure security best practices and proper access controls across all environments
  • Assess existing DevOps scripts and tools, optimizing and extending them where needed
  • Enable repeatable deployments with reliable re-run and rollback capabilities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to document architecture, implementation, and operational procedures
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience with Terraform and infrastructure-as-code
  • Experience with GitHub / GitLab, including version control and CI/CD pipeline design
  • Ability to build self-managed automation processes using automation scripting and agentic workflows
  • Experience with security best practices for secure infrastructure and code deployment
  • Deep understanding of secrets management, including encryption, rotation, and Vault integration
  • Hands-on experience with HashiCorp Vault setup and maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of Azure Entra ID (Azure AD), including identity, permissions, and tenant configurations
Nice To Have:
  • Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration
  • Experience with Docker / Podman, including containerization and image management
