Overview

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with strong experience in AWS, hands on familiarity with on premises infrastructure, and proven leadership capabilities. In this role, you will enhance infrastructure across cloud and local environments, improve deployment pipelines, support observability and reliability across the platform, and lead a team of DevOps engineers in delivering robust infrastructure solutions. Client: Our client is a global technology driven organization that delivers digital products and services for internet infrastructure, online platforms, and large scale traffic management solutions. Project Overview: This project focuses on building stable, scalable, and automated infrastructure across AWS and on premises environments. The work includes improving deployment processes, strengthening observability, supporting high availability, and ensuring reliable operations for modern distributed services running in a hybrid infrastructure landscape.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, implement, and maintain infrastructure environments across AWS and on premises platforms
  • Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, supporting their technical growth and day to day delivery
  • Coordinate DevOps activities and help set engineering standards, priorities, and best practices
  • Develop CI/CD pipelines to support consistent and automated deployments
  • Collaborate with developers and other engineers to implement cloud and infrastructure best practices
  • Improve monitoring, alerting, and overall system observability
  • Apply infrastructure as code practices using Terraform or similar tools
  • Support container based deployments using Kubernetes and Docker
  • Troubleshoot issues across hybrid environments, including cloud and on premises systems
  • Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge sharing
Required Qualifications:
  • Strong experience working with AWS services across production environments
  • Hands on experience with on premises infrastructure, including servers, virtualization, networking, or data center environments
  • Experience leading or mentoring DevOps engineers or infrastructure teams
  • Experience maintaining CI/CD pipelines with modern tooling
  • Experience with Terraform or similar infrastructure as code tools
  • Understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Bash or Python
  • Understanding of Linux systems administration and infrastructure operations
  • Background collaborating in cross functional engineering teams
Nice To Have:
  • Experience with incident troubleshooting and root cause analysis
  • Exposure to serverless services on AWS
  • Familiarity with hybrid cloud environments and infrastructure migration initiatives
