Overview
Responsibilities:
- Define, lead, and continuously improve the company’s digital and performance marketing strategy in alignment with overall business objectives
- Own and scale all paid acquisition channels, including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other performance platforms
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of complex, data-driven PPC campaigns with a strong focus on ROI, CAC, and revenue growth
- Establish performance frameworks, KPIs, reporting standards, and attribution models to support data-driven decision-making
- Analyse campaign and funnel performance, identify growth opportunities, and translate insights into actionable initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the digital marketing team and manage external agencies and vendors
- Partner closely with Product, Sales, and senior leadership to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and commercial priorities
- Identify, test, and scale new growth opportunities across channels, formats, and user journeys (new platforms, ad formats, and targeting approaches)
- Partner with Creative, Strategy and Product to develop digital-first campaign concepts, activations, challenges, and experiments (including AI-assisted creative workflows, gamification, and “smart content” mechanics)
- Own digital marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources across channels and markets
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in digital and performance marketing, with at least part of the experience in a leadership or senior role
- Excellent, hands-on PPC expertise, including proven experience managing and scaling campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, conversion tracking, attribution models, and marketing analytics tools
- Demonstrated track record of building and optimizing high-performing acquisition funnels and growth programmes.
- Proven people-management and stakeholder-management experience
- Strong strategic thinking combined with a high level of operational execution
- Experience in fintech-regulated categories is a strong advantage
