Ucraft is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as digital ads (Google, - Meta, Behance, Pinterest, Dribble, etc.), social media, email marketing, content marketing, SEO/SEM, and more
  • Utilize analytics tools to measure and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights to improve performance
  • Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve campaign performance
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and experience across digital touchpoints
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and customer service, to ensure -cohesive and effective marketing efforts
  • Partner with external agencies and vendors as needed to support digital marketing initiatives
  • Oversee the creation and management of digital advertising budgets, ensuring optimal ROI
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Hootsuite) is a plus
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development and campaign execution
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and web analytics
  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, HubSpot)
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and influence stakeholders
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Highly organized with excellent project management skills
