Overview

Responsibilities:
  • participate in the processes of developing the financial plan
  • collect data and conduct strategic planning based on it
  • prepare management reports
  • monitor financial metrics
  • perform comparative analyses of actual vs. planned indicators
  • present proposals aimed at improving financial planning, analytical activities, and reporting processes
  • gather data related to investment projects
  • perform transfer pricing calculations for funds
  • conduct market research
  • study and analyze macroeconomic indicators
Required Qualifications:
  • university degree in economics or finance
  • minimum 4 years of work experience in financial reporting, planning, or audit
  • strong understanding of principles behind management reporting, financial analysis, and budgeting processes
  • proficiency in data‑analysis tools and methods, such as Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI
  • familiarity with financial software and financial modeling tools
  • experience in data automation and reporting tools
  • knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards
  • ability to make quick decisions and adapt in complex situations
  • international certification (e.g., CFA Level I or ACCA F1–F9) is considered a strong advantag.e
