Overview
Responsibilities:
- participate in the processes of developing the financial plan
- collect data and conduct strategic planning based on it
- prepare management reports
- monitor financial metrics
- perform comparative analyses of actual vs. planned indicators
- present proposals aimed at improving financial planning, analytical activities, and reporting processes
- gather data related to investment projects
- perform transfer pricing calculations for funds
- conduct market research
- study and analyze macroeconomic indicators
Required Qualifications:
- university degree in economics or finance
- minimum 4 years of work experience in financial reporting, planning, or audit
- strong understanding of principles behind management reporting, financial analysis, and budgeting processes
- proficiency in data‑analysis tools and methods, such as Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI
- familiarity with financial software and financial modeling tools
- experience in data automation and reporting tools
- knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards
- ability to make quick decisions and adapt in complex situations
- international certification (e.g., CFA Level I or ACCA F1–F9) is considered a strong advantag.e
