Role description:

Evoca is looking for a senior financial analyst who will be responsible for conducting financial and macroeconomic analyses, building financial models, preparing management reports, and automating reporting processes.

Responsibilities:
What will you be doing?

•participate in the processes of developing the financial plan;
•collect data and conduct strategic planning based on it;
•prepare management reports;
•monitor financial metrics;
•perform comparative analyses of actual vs. planned indicators;
•present proposals aimed at improving financial planning, analytical activities, and reporting processes;
•gather data related to investment projects;
•perform transfer pricing calculations for funds;
•conduct market research;
•study and analyze macroeconomic indicators.
Required Qualifications:
What skills are we looking for?

•university degree in economics or finance;
•minimum 4 years of work experience in financial reporting, planning, or audit;
•strong understanding of principles behind management reporting, financial analysis, and budgeting processes;
•proficiency in data analysis tools and methods, such as Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI;
•familiarity with financial software and financial modeling tools;
•experience in data automation and reporting tools;
•knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards;
•ability to make quick decisions and adapt in complex situations;
•international certification (e.g., CFA Level I or ACCA F1–F9) is considered a strong advantage.
