Overview
We are looking for a Senior HR Administration and Payroll professional who will be managing employees’ personal files, drafting contracts, agreements, legal acts, and implementing current document flow.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining personal files of employees, in paper and electronic form
- Drawing up labor and civil law contracts, agreements, internal legal acts and implementing current document flow
- TaxService and AS (Wages), entering personal data of newly hired employees
- Making personal data, positions, salaries, necessary changes and additions of existing employees
- Providing references and other extracts
- Maintaining the database of employees participating in insurance, and providing necessary information
- Performing other professional duties arising from the position
- Coordination of document flow work
- Participation in technical optimization of accounting and document flow programs
- Implementation of the process of attracting/training new employees
- Ensuring the interchangeability of relevant specialists of the department
- Providing documents required in the process of internal and external audit
- Perform other functions assigned by the immediate supervisor and arising from the duties of the position
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Finance or related fields
- 2 years of experience as an HR Administration and Payroll
- Excellent knowledge of the Labor Code
- Good knowledge of English and Russian languages
- Good Knowledge of MS Office, Jira, and AS
- Еxcellent verbal and written communication skills
- Database management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality related to the nature of the Human Resources job
