Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior International Accounting and Control Specialist. You will manage accounting records and prepare internal financial and management reports.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain internal accounting records for international entities and reconcile them with the reports prepared by local accountants. Support external audits
  • Provide necessary information to local consultants and ensure proper compliance of international entities with local corporate, accounting, and tax obligations, including submission of reports
  • Analyze the tax advice received from local accountants
  • Plan cash flows and ensure availability of funds for operational payments.
  • Perform full accounting in accounting software, including: Fixed assets, payroll, inventory, sales/purchases, cash operations, and expense reports
  • Prepare monthly management reports
  • Manage intercompany balances and tax invoice tracking
Required Qualifications:
  • Graduate Degree/ master’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics or Technical field (ACCA or CAAA is an advantage)
  • At least 4 years of relevant professional experience
  • Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian
  • Good knowledge of Corporate, Income, VAT Tax regulations, IFRS related to reporting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet established goals and objectives within the specified deadline while always maintaining quality
  • Planning skills and Research skills (especially in tax and finance)
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a team
  • Mathematical and analytical thinking
  • Ability to set priorities and perform tasks accordingly
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
