Description
We are looking for an analytical and strategically minded Senior International Finance and Planning Specialist to support the Group’s international expansion and cross border financial structuring initiatives. The role involves researching foreign tax and corporate environments, coordinating entity establishment processes, ensuring ongoing compliance and optimizing international financial structures in line with business priorities.

Responsibilities:
  • Research and analyze tax systems, corporate regulations and business incorporation requirements in new jurisdictions based on the Group’s strategic objectives
  • Identify and evaluate local tax, accounting and corporate service providers in new countries, including firms with industry specific expertise where applicable
  • Review and analyze tax advice received from external consultants, prepare internal conclusions, risk assessments and recommended action plans
  • Coordinate the incorporation and structuring of foreign entities in collaboration with local lawyers, accountants and consultants
  • Maintain internal accounting records for international entities and reconcile them with reports prepared by local accountants, support external audits
  • Provide necessary information to local consultants and ensure full compliance of international entities with corporate, accounting and tax obligations, including timely submission of statutory reports
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations between group companies
  • Coordinate group restructuring and reorganization processes across jurisdictions
Required Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law or a related field (ACCA or similar professional qualification is an advantage)
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in international finance, tax or corporate structuring
  • Strong knowledge of international tax principles, corporate regulations and transfer pricing rules
  • Experience working with foreign consultants and managing cross-border entity structures
  • Understanding of IFRS and international financial reporting principles
  • Excellent analytical, research, and financial planning skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian
  • Ability to manage multiple projects across jurisdictions and meet strict deadlines
  • Strong organizational, communication and negotiation skills
  • High level of responsibility, attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
