Overview
We are looking for an experienced Java Developer to support the development and continuous improvement of our online casino and gaming platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong Java and Spring Boot experience, a solid understanding of scalable backend systems, and the ability to deliver clean, secure, compliant, and high-quality code. AI-assisted development is part of our engineering approach. The candidate must be proficient with tools such as Codex and Cursor and should use them responsibly to improve productivity, code quality, documentation, testing, refactoring, and delivery speed.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality Java-based backend services.
- Write clean, secure, compliant, and maintainable code following company standards and best practices.
- Use AI-assisted development tools such as Codex and Cursor during development, code review, debugging, documentation, refactoring, and testing activities.
- Review business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Work with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Hibernate, reactive programming, Kafka, databases, and caching technologies.
- Create logical flows, diagrams, and technical documentation to clarify complex requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Product, QA, DevOps, and other development teams to ensure stable and bug-free deliveries.
- Participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices across the team.
- Identify technical risks, performance issues, security gaps, and improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and support the adoption of modern development practices.
- Ensure delivered solutions are aligned with security, compliance, performance, and operational requirements.
- Strong experience with Java 8+
- Strong experience with Spring Boot, including REST APIs and Hibernate.
- Experience with reactive programming, preferably Project Reactor, Spring WebFlux, and Reactive Kafka.
- Experience with Kafka and Kafka Streams.
- Experience with databases such as MongoDB and/or MySQL.
- Experience with caching technologies, especially Redis.
- Experience with version control tools such as Git.
- Good understanding of software architecture, backend design, and scalable systems.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.
- Ability to write clean, secure, testable, and maintainable code.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

- Experience with payment integrations, bonus systems, wallet systems, CRM integrations, or KYC flows.
