Senior Legal Counsel

• Manage and oversee corporate legal processes, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents with customers, suppliers, and business partners
• Supervise and mentor other members of the Legal Team, ensuring high standards of work and professional development
• Collaborate with internal business teams and support functions, including Compliance and Risk Departments, to ensure legal alignment with business objectives
• Handle ad hoc legal assignments as required by the business
• Streamline and update existing documentation, corporate policies, and legal precedents
• Assist in the preparation of documents for management review, ensuring they are print-ready
• Provide legal advice and support on various legal issues, including managing legal processes, litigation, and business transactions
• Analyze and identify potential legal risks and implications, offering proactive solutions
• Represent the Legal team in group-wide projects and initiatives, ensuring legal interests are protected
• Negotiate deals and actively participate in company meetings to provide legal insights

• Master's degree in Law or Bachelor's degree in Law with strong academic credentials
• 3-5 years of experience as legal counsel in a corporate environment
• Excellent proficiency in Armenian, English, and Russian languages
• Proven experience in drafting and negotiating general and commercial contracts
• Experience in consumer law is an advantage
• Strong drafting and legal writing skills, with close attention to detail
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
