Overview

The Senior Manager, Armenia Operations leads the operational strategy and team behind our Armenia site. You’ll set the direction for how the site operates, and lead the team responsible for executing it.

Responsibilities:
  • Operational strategy: Set the vision and roadmap for how the site's operations should scale to support a high-growth workforce, anticipating needs well ahead of them becoming problems.
  • Team leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a team of operations professionals; build their capability, set clear priorities, and hold a high bar for execution without managing the details yourself.
  • Vendor and budget strategy: Own the strategic direction of vendor relationships and operational spend, ensuring the site has the right partners and resources to support its growth.
  • Cross-functional leadership: Partner closely with the VP & Regional Managing Director and cross-functional leaders (HR, Communications, Business Strategy) to keep site operations aligned with broader business priorities.
  • Organizational design: Continuously assess how the operations function should be structured as the site grows, and make the case for change when needed.
Required Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in operations, facilities, or workplace leadership, with 3+ years directly managing and developing teams.
  • A track record of leading operations for a large, complex site or organization — you think in systems and roadmaps, not just tasks.
  • Strong people leadership — you build strong teams, delegate effectively, and develop the leaders under you.
  • Strategic range paired with sound judgment — comfortable setting long-term direction while staying grounded in operational reality.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; able to operate with autonomy and build trust with senior leadership.
Benefits:
  • Flextime, recognition, and support for autonomous work: Flexible time off with ample learning and development opportunities to continue growing your career. We offer a comprehensive onboarding program, leadership training for Titans at all levels, and other programs and events. Great work is rewarded through Bonusly, peer-nominated awards, and more.
  • Holistic health and wellness benefits: Company-paid medical, dental, and vision (available to employees and their dependents day 1), parent and siblings’ insurance, wellness benefit, office massage, etc.
  • Support for Titans at all stages of life: Parental leave and support, financial planning tools, Employee Assistance Program services, and more.
Nice To Have:
  • Experience in a fast-growing, dynamic business environment strongly preferred.
