We are looking for a Senior Mobile QA Automation Engineer to join our team building AI-powered healthcare services. In this role, you will focus on accelerating automation for native mobile applications (iOS and Android) and improving testing processes using modern automation and AI tools. Powered by VoiceAI, the solution streamlines call triage by alerting on-call providers when a patient calls after hours and capturing a structured voicemail. Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for mobile applications using C#, Selenium, Appium, Jenkins, and BrowserStack.
  • Work with the mobile core stack: Kotlin + Espresso (Android) and Swift + XCUITest (iOS).
  • Define and implement the automation strategy and test architecture for both mobile platforms.
  • Accelerate automation initiatives using AI tools and agents (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot).
  • Integrate AI capabilities into existing QA processes to improve efficiency.
  • Support the existing CI pipeline in Jenkins.
  • Participate in CI migration from Jenkins to GitLab CI.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to define testing strategies and test types.
  • Work closely with developers and stakeholders to clarify requirements and ensure product quality.
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in test automation.
  • Hands-on experience with C#, Selenium, Appium, Jenkins, and BrowserStack.
  • Strong experience in native mobile automation (iOS and Android).
  • Willingness to work with the mobile core stack: Kotlin + Espresso (Android) and Swift + XCUITest (iOS).
  • Solid understanding of automation architecture and scalable test frameworks.
  • Practical experience with AI tools or AI agents, with a strong interest in using AI to improve QA productivity.
  • Fast-learning and proactive mindset.
  • Good spoken English.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
Nice To Have:
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and experience with FHIR and related integrations.
  • Experience with cloud technologies, particularly AWS.
  • Ability and willingness to quickly learn new technologies.
