Overview
SoftConstruct is looking for a Senior Motivation and KPI Modeling Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Design motivational and grading systems for products and business lines
- Develop strategic and operational KPI systems; implement and monitor KPIs for various products and business lines
- Propose tailored bonus systems for each department and position
- Identify data requirements and assess all existing data
- Manage and update the list of motivation and KPI models aligned with individual business directions
- Annually refine and review models, underlying KPIs, interpret data, and analyze results to provide key business insights and improvement recommendations
- Ensure targeted communication and capacity-building programs on KPIs to enable managers to effectively evaluate and enhance individual and team performance, optimizing productivity
- Develop and oversee performance management and improvement programs using a data-driven approach
- Implement key performance measures, core competencies, and core values into the performance appraisal system, providing appropriate reports
- Draft and deliver technical requirements for automating processes related to modeling
- Perform additional responsibilities as related to job specifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- 2–3 years of relevant experience
- Strong expertise in handling and consolidating large, complex datasets and databases
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong, lasting relationships at all organizational levels
- Ability to produce and present analyses and recommendations to senior management
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strategic focus on process mapping, task management, and execution
