Ameriabank CJSC is looking for a Senior Network Infrastructure Engineer.

Responsibilities:
  • Design network infrastructure meeting the organization’s business requirements and ensuring its availability, performance, security, and scalability
  • Develop and implement network solutions ensuring connectivity between infrastructure outside the main server room (branch office, ATMs, cloud environment, etc.)
  • Ensure the uninterrupted performance and security of the backup data center’s (DR) network infrastructure
  • Manage network security tools such as firewalls, anti-virus systems, intrusion detection and prevention systems
  • Install, configure and maintain IT telecommunication equipment and systems
  • Develop network infrastructure plans according to business requirements
  • Cooperate with Internet service providers and organizations supplying network equipment
  • Develop technical documentation and work procedures
  • Ensure the normal and uninterrupted operation of the network infrastructure
Required Qualifications:
  • University degree in engineering
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Profound knowledge and experience in configuring and implementing network infrastructure components (routers, switches, firewalls, WiFi devices)
  • Knowledge and skills in leading and managing network infrastructure related projects
  • Profound knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/HTTPS, SNMP and other protocols, experience in their configuration and application
  • Experience in configuring and implementing routing and communication fundamentals (e.g. IP addressing, VLANs, MAC TABLE, subnets and routing protocols OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, etc.)
  • Experience in configuring and implementing network services (such as NAT, VPN, DNS, DHCP)
  • Advanced knowledge of VOIP systems, experience in their configuration and implementation
  • Profound knowledge of network security measures (IPS, ACL, Firewall Policy, PortBaseFirewalling), experience in their application, configuration and implementation
  • Antivirus system configuring and integrating skills
  • Skills in using monitoring tools/systems (such as Zabbix, Wireshark, etc.)
  • Experience working with Log and SIEM systems
  • Ability to work independently and deliver tasks on time
  • Self-motivation, attention to detail, and self-organization
  • Communication and team-player skills
  • Ability to make decisions quickly and handle stressful situations
  • Proficiency in Armenian, Russian and English
