Overview
Responsibilities:
- Analyze player behavior and game performance to inform product development and content strategy
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track product and business KPIs
- Partner with product and marketing teams to evaluate features, campaigns, and promotions
- Define and track core metrics; support the design and analysis of A/B tests
- Partner with AI CoE to deliver machine learning models (i.e., recommendation engines)
- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure high-quality, reliable datasets for analysis
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, actionable format
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics)
- 3+ years of work experience in a data analytics or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong skills in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis
- Comfort with statistics and experimentation methods, knowledge of machine learning is a plus
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to draw insights from large datasets
- Experience working with product or user analytics, ideally in a B2C or gaming environment
