Ameriabank CJSC is looking for a Senior Product Designer.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct user research and gather insights to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points
  • Develop user personas, user flows, and journey maps to inform the design process
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with user-centered design principles
  • Collaborate with product owners to define product goals, features, and design requirements
  • Develop design strategies that align with the product vision and business objectives
  • Participate in project planning, timelines, and sprint cycles to ensure on-time delivery of design assets
  • Design visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces that follow established brand guidelines
  • Develop and maintain design systems and pattern libraries to ensure design consistency across the product ecosystem
  • Use industry best practices in typography, color theory, and layout to enhance the overall visual aesthetics of the product
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience working in product design field
  • Experience in working with large-scale design systems in complex organizations
  • Proficiency in Figma and a solid understanding of component-based design principles
  • Ability to iterate designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights
  • Experience in designing web products, especially admin panels and dashboards
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong skills in user research
  • Expertise in creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
  • At least intermediate level of English
